    How to use monthly challenges

    1. Each month, choose a challenge together. For example, a behavioral challenge for the kids (e.g., resolve conflicts on their own), improving household chores, (e.g., keep bedrooms clean each week) or even a family project (e.g., build a shed). Be creative and choose a challenge that brings you together. Involve the kids as much as possible in each decision!
    2. For motivation, schedule a family reward at the end of each month.
    3. If you wish, at the end of each day, choose which icon best suits your day’s success and then color it in!
    4. Repeat next month!
