    Comment utiliser les défis mensuels

    1. Chaque mois, déterminez ensemble un défi. Par exemple, un défi de comportement pour les enfants (ex.: régler les conflits eux-mêmes), une amélioration à apporter au fonctionnement de la maisonnée (ex.: nettoyer les chambres toutes les semaines) ou même un projet familial (ex.: construire le cabanon). Soyez créatifs et choisissez un défi qui vous mobilise tous. Impliquez les enfants le plus possible dans les décisions!
    2. Planifiez une récompense familiale à la fin du mois pour vous motiver.
    3. Si vous le désirez, à la fin chaque jour, décidez ensemble quel icône convient le mieux pour mesurer votre succès et colorez-le.
