Shipping costs

Canada: We offer a $10 flat shipping rate for orders under $100 (before taxes). Shipping is free on orders over $100 (before taxes). We also offer $12 priority express shipping, which guarantees that the order will be processed within 24 business hours. Shipping is offered with a tracking number, but without a signature.

United States: The rate for regular flat rate delivery is $10 for orders under $100 before taxes. Shipping is free for orders over $100 before taxes. A delivery option with tracking at $15 is also available and guarantees that the order will be sent with a tracking number, but without a signature (in most cases, delivery without a tracking number is prioritized for customers who have selected delivery regular at $10).

Europe: The rate for regular delivery at a flat rate is €7 for orders under €60 including VAT. Delivery is free for orders over 60€.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.

Estimated shipping times

Canada and United States: Orders to Canada and the United States are processed from Quebec City (Quebec), Canada, and shipped by Purolator or Canada Post (whichever is less expensive) within 2-3 days of receiving the order. Normal North American delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Europe: Orders to Europe are processed from our warehouse in Beauvais, France within 2-3 business days of placing the order. The normal delivery time in Europe is 3 to 7 working days.

We do our best to ship your products within these timeframes, but we can’t make any guarantees. Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose (parcel post is usually faster).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duty and taxes. Customs duties are charged on most imported goods, on a completely random basis. Most of our customers do not pay customs duties, but unfortunately we have no way of predicting whether or not you will have to pay them, or how much, when you receive your package. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Returning an order

We accept returns and exchanges in case of problem (defective product, order mistake) with the merchandise received only, with the exception of Moondies undies and boxers for an hygiene question. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your package to make arrangements. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition to Minimo, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are not responsible for any mistakes you make when placing your order. If you want to exchange a product that you ordered by mistake or in case of dissatisfaction following its use, you will have to pay the shipping costs (for the product to be exchanged and the new product).

For a partial return of your order, we will deduct the delivery costs from the refund if the value of the products kept become below $100 before taxes. If the returned products were part of a bundle product that includes a discount, the refund will be equivalent to the difference between the price paid and the products kept at the regular price.

Cancelling an order

We accept cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Order mistakes and omissions

If you notice a mistake or something missing from your order when you receive it, contact us as soon as possible to let us know. No one’s perfect, and if the mistake happened on our end, we’ll make sure you receive your missing product as soon as possible.

Price adjustment

Price adjustment requests will be honoured if the items were purchased at regular retail price and then appear in our online store at a lower price within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are not eligible for price adjustments. If the price adjustment drops the order amount to below $100, shipping charges will apply.

Our retailers are free to run their own promotions. Promotions by our retailers will not be honoured and are excluded from our price adjustment policy.itique d’ajustement de prix.
